Preschool Additional Activities 2021

Additional activities for 2021:

 

Think of words that rhyme with “sun”. How many did you come up with?

 

Look for objects that are yellow. How many did you find?

 

Sing together “the itsy bitsy spider”.

 

Think of words that begin with the letter “s”. How many did you remember?

 

Practice drawing shapes with sidewalk chalk or shaving cream.

 

June 9 is Donald Duck Day! What sound does a duck make? What other animal sounds can you make?

 

Read a book that you’ve never read before.

 

Read a book that has the word “summer” in it.

 

Sort your toys or blocks by color.

 

Make dot-to-dot outlines of your child’s name and have him trace it.

 

How many objects in your house can you find that are blue?

 

Sing the alphabet song. When you get to a letter in your name, touch your toes!

 

Put flour on a cookie sheet and practice making shapes together.
